Service Agreement
By purchasing pest control services from Avada Pest Control, you agree to these terms. We provide residential pest control services in Utah County, Utah.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all recurring pest control services. If pests return between scheduled treatments, we will re-treat your property at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to pests covered under your service plan.
Scheduling & Cancellation
We will make reasonable efforts to schedule services at times convenient for you. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in service fees.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Recurring service customers may set up automatic billing.
Service Limitations
Our pest control services are designed to manage and reduce pest populations. While we strive for complete elimination, pest management is an ongoing process. Environmental factors, neighboring properties, and natural pest pressure may affect results.
Referral Program
Our $200 referral credit applies when a referred customer signs up for a recurring pest control plan and completes their first paid treatment. Referral credits are applied to your account and may be used toward future services.
Liability
Avada Pest Control is fully licensed and insured. We carry liability insurance to protect against any damage that may occur during service. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
